Immunization and Wellness exams
We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our wellness programs are designed specially for your pet and include a comprehensive physical exam, internal parasite testing, heart worm and flea control, vaccinations, spaying and neutering, and specialized blood testing for all life stages.
Pain management
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care. Pain control results in faster healing times. Long term pain management is possible through a combination of medications and also acupuncture, and can result in a better quality of life for the patient.
Radiology

Radiographs, or x-rays, help in the diagnosis of problems involving the bones and joints, the digestive system, the urinary tract and also the heart and lungs. Ultrasound is a non invasive state of the art technology that uses sound waves to examine the structure of the organs inside the chest and abdomen.
Dental Care
Regular professional scaling/ cleaning is important to maintaining your pets teeth and gums. We use ultrasonic scaling to clean each tooth thoroughly above and below the gum line. Each to tooth is then polished to make it more resistant to plaque build up. A fluoride treatment strengthens the tooth enamel. Should a tooth or multiple teeth require extraction, we provide advanced oral surgery and comprehensive pain management.
Surgery
We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and technical staff, complete anesthetic monitoring equipment, inhalation anesthesia systems and a purpose designed surgical suite and equipment.
Internal medicine
We cover all areas of internal medicine including: Cardiology, ophthalmology, neurology, dermatology, gastroenterology, oncology and endocrinology.
Hospice/Euthanasia services
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity, and help owners work through the decision making processes involved.
Behaviorial Medicine
Behavioral problems can significantly impact the quality of life for both pet and owner. Dr. Donworth can take the time needed to correctly diagnose behavior issues and institute programs to help your pet.
Pharmacy
We have a fully stocked pharmacy with a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field. We also carry the newest and most effective flea and heartworm preventatives.
