OUR CASE OF THE MONTH: This is a cat that came in initially for sneezing and nasal discharge that progressed to swelling over the nose and lesions inside the eye. We diagnosed a fungal infection called cryptococcosis. The second picture is his eye after 2 weeks of oral anti fungal medication. He will stay on the medication for 1 month after his symptoms are fully resolved.
